Inquest opens into A40 crash death tragedy

A plumber who died in an accident on the A40 has died of multiple injuries, according to a judicial investigation.

Isaak Chaab-Styles, 20, from Charlbury, was driving on the A road near Burford on July 13 when his red Ford Fiesta was involved in a lorry accident.

Opening his inquest at the Oxford Coroner’s Court this week, senior coroner Darren Salter indicated the cause of death of Mr Chaab-Styles as multiple injuries.

The case was adjourned for a full investigation on February 24 next year.

Mother Vashti Styles, who paid tribute to her son earlier this month, said: “You were never angry and always an inspiration, whom we all love so much.

“You were taken from us far too soon. You went to work happy Tuesday morning and none of us knew you weren’t coming home.

His friends described him as “one in a million” and the most selfless person they had met.
