New Carroll campus roofing installed, halfway complete

The new Mary Carroll High School campus at the corner of Kostoryz Road and Saratoga Boulevard is 50% complete and still on track to open in August 2022.

Leanne Libby, Corpus Christi ISD communications director, said the school will welcome $142 million students for the 2022-2023 school year.

Libby said the weatherproofing of the roofing is complete on the classrooms, administration room, gyms, locker rooms, agricultural areas and athletics.

“The exterior of the classroom wings and part of the library are prepared for cleanup,” Libby said. “The foundations are ready to be poured for the athletic storage/toilet/concession buildings.”
