St. Louis, Mo.—The National Wood Flooring Association’s (NWFA) online learning platform, NWFA University, has received its fourth SAP Litmos Lenny Award for Best Not-for-Profit Training Program.
Litmos, the education platform for NWFA University, offers an industry-leading Learning Management System (LMS) that unifies virtual, classroom, mobile and social learning in a secure, intuitive platform. The Litmos Lenny Awards honor innovative, inspiring and winning Litmos use cases across any industry or company size.
“Our mission is to help NWFA members succeed and grow in the competitive marketplace,” said Stephanie Owen, vice president of education for NWFA. “Education is key to accomplishing this mission. NWFA University allows our members to have access to education when and where they want it. We are proud to have provided online education opportunities to nearly 13,000 wood flooring professionals and look forward to continuing to increase our reach.”
NWFA University is comprised of more than 275 individual learning courses lasting 15-20 minutes, with an online testing component. According to the NWFA, more than 200,000 achievements have been earned since its 2016 launch.
The University complements hands-on training to provide a convenient and affordable training alternative. NWFA members can purchase an all access pass to take the online courses.
