Retailers react: Independent retail store advantages

Knowledge. Click flooring can go anywhere, right? The big box stores certainly will have you believing that. Their staff lacks proper knowledge and experience. Knowledge and experience are traits that are palpable when you step into our store.

The biggest advantage a local retailer has over the big box stores is the ability to correct the ship quickly as needed and provide the human touch as it relates to team members and customers. Personal service and attention.

The big boxes do not give the personalized service that independent stores give. If we get an opportunity to be with a big box customer, we have the advantage of selling them almost every time.
