A dilapidated double garage with peeling paint has gone up for sale for almost £100,000.

The scruffy building has an asking price of £95,000 as estate agents say they expect a lot of interest from potential buyers.

It was listed as “no bathrooms” and “no bedrooms”, but the new owners will have permission to build two flats, CoventryLive reports.

The garage, in Devon, has no plumbing or drainage, but does have electricity.

The house also includes a parking space and garden of approximately 42 square meters

The garage is next to a beauty salon.

Estate agents Seddons said: “This is a great opportunity to build two flats near Cullompton Community College, in Exeter Road.

Each of the proposed apartments has three bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a bathroom, and outside, parking and garden.

“The garage has electricity connected.”

It comes as a small house in Wales that has gone up for sale for just £35,000.

It is so small that the bed can be folded and the toilet in the garden shed.

The cozy house is located between rolling hills that provide a beautiful view.

However, it does come with some compromises that most homeowners are used to.

Instead of a full kitchen, there is a pantry with a sink, work surfaces and refrigerator, but without water connection or stove, Wales Online Reports.

There is also no shower or bath and no room for toilet indoors, because whoever has to go has to go to the outbuilding in the barn.

The house is going to be tendered informally, which means that potential buyers make a sharp and private offer before a certain date.
