Virginia Tile, focused on improving the user experience, said it has delivered a site that allows viewers to seamlessly navigate the company’s vast portfolio. The debut of the new site is the latest effort in the company’s campaign to grow its brand nationwide.
Developed from the ground up using industry-leading product information management software, the new site features over 40 unique search filters, enabling users to find specific products with just a few simple clicks. Also included in the new site is Virginia Tile’s comprehensive product portfolio, rendered using large, full room scenes. To further enhance the brand’s aesthetic, Virginia Tile unveiled an updated brand image and persona, which will be used across all platforms.
“The goal was to create a site that was both functional and visually appealing,” said Sean Cilona, director of product and marketing. “The Virginia Tile brand is built on premium products and design, and we wanted to show those values. At the same time, we wanted to provide an experience that allows the user to instantly navigate through our portfolio of 100,000+ products.”
Another important feature is the introduction of the Virginia Tile blog. Dedicated to testimonials of product lines created by Virginia Tile employees, the forum adds a unique perspective that illustrates the emotional connection created with living and working spaces and offers a glimpse into the Virginia Tile family.
In addition, the site also includes a showroom locator and Connect24, a program designed for customers to log in, place orders, check inventory, and pay invoices.
